8 Week Kick Start Online Program
This is ideal for individuals that haven't exercised in a while and want to train in the privacy of their home. It includes a pre-existing 8 week body-weight exercise program aimed at improving the cardiovascular system, muscular endurance and flexibility. It is also ideal for couples, friends, or family members that want to jump start their fitness journey together. The service includes the following:
Training Plan
Feature: Pre-programmed 8 week training plan of 30-45 minute workout routines. There are three circuit-based workouts and three active recovery workouts per week.
Benefit: Aimed at improving your cardiovascular system, muscular endurance, and flexibility gradually.
Support from SteedFit Community
Feature: Ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation via instant messaging from fellow participants and/or personal trainer.
Benefit: Offers accountability so that you say on track an remain motivated throughout.
Nutritional Guidance
Feature: A nutritional guidance booklet which includes a few recipes.
Benefit: Improve your understanding of how food works for your body, and how it relates to achieving your healthier self.
Online Training App
Feature: Workout routines and daily checklists are uploaded here. You will also upload your progress here such as your starting weight, body measurements, and before pictures for example.
Benefit: Keeps all your data in one place and allows you to train and track your progress conveniently.
Exercise Video Library
Feature: Accessed via the Training App
Benefit: Check how to perform any exercise at any time.
