1:1 In-Person Training

This is ideal for individuals that struggle to workout on their own and need more accountability, or are starting our their fitness journey and need more guidance. This service includes immediate, hands-on correction on exercise, and/or exercise substitution, accountability, and regular coach check-in's to help you succeed. Exercise routines can be performed at your regular gym or in the comfort of your home. The service includes the following:

Training Plan

Feature: Tailored to your fitness level and goals .

Benefit: Individualized to your needs, wants, limitations, and strengths.


Feature: Two or three one-hour sessions per week.

Benefit: Train in the presence of your trainer who will demonstrate and coach you through your routine, correcting you or supplementing exercises where needed.

Fitness Assessment

Feature: Pre-program and post-program fitness assessment.

Benefit: To establish your baseline level of fitness so that the appropriate program can be designed for you.

Nutritional Support & Tracking

Feature: Given in the form of guidelines that are relevant to your nutritional weak points.

Benefit: To improve your understanding of how food works for your body and getting you to your fitness goal.

Accountability Coaching

Feature: Your trainer will check in with your frequently, offering ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation via instant messaging.

Benefit: To ensure that you stay on track and sticking to your set plan even outside of your scheduled workouts.


Feature: Bi-monthly video check-in's via Google Meet.

Benefit: To show you your progress and discuss any concerns or answer any questions.

Provided equipment (if training from home)

Feature: Trainer will provide the necessary equipment needed for training session (sanitized before and after session), adding to what you already have.

Benefit: Your focus will be on the exercise session at hand and not on equipment that you do or don't have.


08 week program: From R7280 to R9999

12 week program: From R9920 to R13 999

A 40-50% deposit should be paid upfront for either program. Thereafter payments can be made in installments until the end of the program. Extending your program is also possible. Price as of January 2022. Costs include traveling to your destination (home or gym). Currently limited to home training due to pandemic restrictions.
