Hybrid: Online & In-Person

This is ideal for individuals that want to train at home OR at the gym, and either struggle to workout on their own and need more accountability, or are starting our their fitness journey and need more guidance but would eventually like to train on their own. This service includes immediate correction on exercise, and/or exercise substitution, accountability, and regular coach check-in's to help you succeed. The service includes the following: 

Training Plan 

Feature: Tailored to your fitness level and goals .

Benefit: Individualized to your needs, wants, limitations, and strengths.

Training Sessions

Feature: Unlimited sessions online with the training app, coupled to 1, or 2 in-person sessions a week, depending on what you need and can afford.

Benefit: Train in the presence of your trainer who will demonstrate and coach you through your prescribed routine, correcting or supplementing exercises where needed, as well as training on your own. 

Accountability Coaching

Feature: Your trainer will check in with your frequently, offering ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation via instant messaging.  

Benefit: To ensure that you stay on track and sticking to your set plan even outside of your scheduled workouts.  

Fitness Assessment

Feature: Pre-program and Post-program fitness assessment done in-person in the comfort of your home.

Benefit: To establish your baseline level of fitness so that the appropriate program can be designed for you. 

Nutritional Support & Tracking 

Feature: Given in the form of guidance that addresses your areas of weakness in achieving your goal.

Benefit: Improves your understanding of how food works for your body and towards achieving your unique fitness goal. 

Review Meetings

Feature: Bi-monthly video check-in's done via Google Meet or in-person before/after your training session. 

Benefit: To show you your progress and discuss any concerns or address any of your questions

12 and 24  week customized programs available    

A 20-40% deposit should be paid upfront for either program. Thereafter payments can be made in installments until the end of the program. Extending your program is also possible.

Body Scale: Tool to measure progress

Clothing tape measure: Tool to measure progress

Food scale: Means to measure food consumption (optional)

Exercise equipment (Home-training only): Anything from resistance bands to free weights or TRX will be useful

Gym Gloves: To ease any discomfort when lifting weights
