What is at-home personal training & how is it executed?

Our coach will come to your home, bringing along all the necessary equipment so that you can execute your customized training sessions in the privacy and comfort of your home.

Training sessions are 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your fitness level.

You choose how many days per week you are available to train and their respective times.

You should prepare a space to exercise before the coach arrives.

Sessions are booked for a minimum of 4 weeks.

One session costs US$25.

Receive a discount when 10 or more sessions are booked for the month

Final price is dependent on your location.
