Protein yogurt or whey mousse is a quick and easy dessert that is enjoyed by many bodybuilders.
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt/ Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder (usually 24g protein)
Mix the contents in a bowl until smooth.
Tip: Add the yogurt first to ensure consistency, as the power tends to stick to the wall of the cup.
