Protein yogurt or whey mousse is a quick and easy dessert that is enjoyed by many bodybuilders.


  • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt/ Greek Yogurt
  • 1 scoop Whey protein powder (usually 24g protein)


Mix the contents in a bowl until smooth.

Tip: Add the yogurt first to ensure consistency, as the power tends to stick to the wall of the cup.

  • 20g Carbohydrate
  • 35g Protein
  • 2g Fat
